We’ve added some new features that will make shopping and ordering from us a breeze, whether you’re buying for entire districts or a single classroom.

After months of planning and development, we’re happy to share our new site design with you! And it’s more than just looks. We’ve implemented some new features that will make shopping and ordering from Prestwick House a breeze, whether you’re buying for entire districts or a single classroom.
Fast and Simple Checkout
We’re painfully aware that the old online checkout process was slooooooow. Not anymore! Now you can review your order details, update your shipping information, add your payment methods, and complete your purchase all on one page.
Speaking of payment methods, you can now pay by Electronic Check Processing (ECP) or Automated Clearing House (ACH) directly online at checkout. We also continue to accept school purchase orders and Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards.
Not into online ordering? That’s okay! We’re happy to take orders by phone, fax, or email, too. Orders are processed during our business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. EST).
New Quote Tools
The new Quotes portal makes it easy to keep track of all your quotes in your account. While working on a quote, you can now add and remove products, attach files, update shipping and billing addresses, and even message Customer Service with any questions or comments right on the quote page. (Of course, if you’d still like to email us, please do!)
Improved Free Library Experience
The English Teacher’s Free Library, your one-stop-shop for free lesson plans, classroom posters, crossword puzzles, and more, is open for business with added features! Now, not only can you browse by resource type, you can also sort resources by subjects: vocabulary, literature, and grammar and writing.
Accessing Your Old PrestwickHouse.com Account
If you try to log in to the new site using your old PrestwickHouse.com credentials, you may see a message saying that the email address or password you’ve entered is incorrect. This is normal and is a result of the website change.
You will need to create a new account. Click on the Create Account button. The Account Registration screen will ask you to choose an account type.
School/Business Account: Choose this option if you’re purchasing products on behalf of a school or district.
Personal Account: Choose this option if you’re a teacher purchasing items for your own classroom or personal use.
After selecting an account type, enter your contact information. The email address you choose will be used to sign into your account. When you’re finished filling out your contact information, click the Continue Button.
For School/Business Accounts: Under School/Business Details, input your school or district name into the School/Business Name field.
On the next screen, enter your address information. This address will be used for shipping. You can always change your address later on. When you’re done, click the Continue button.
On the final screen, you will be asked to create a password. Once you’re finished, click Submit.
For School/Business Accounts: Your account must be approved before you can place orders. Please allow up to 24 hours for your application to be reviewed and approved. You will receive an email notification upon account approval.
For Personal Accounts: No further action is needed. You can log into your new account!
Accessing Past Orders
Unfortunately, any orders you’ve placed on the previous version of the website will not appear in your new account. We deeply apologize for this inconvenience. Rest assured, our Customer Service team has your order information saved.
For orders placed before February 8, 2026:
If you need to access information for orders placed before February 8, 2026, please reach out to Customer Service during our business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. EST).
If you need to access any downloadable resources purchased before February 8, 2026, please email our Customer Service team stating your name and the email address associated with your order. We are more than happy to send PDF products to you after we verify your previous purchase(s).
We know this isn’t an ideal process and greatly appreciate your patience during this transition.
For orders placed after February 8, 2026:
Any orders placed after February 8, 2026 will appear in your new PrestwickHouse.com account. If your order contains downloadable resources, you’ll be able to access them from your new account after purchase.
